I’ve had this dentist for 4 years now and they’re the worst at responding. I’ve never had an appointment I didn’t struggle weeks just to schedule. They live to make you wait until it’s too late to get anything done. I was finally scheduled for a root canal and was told that my approval from my insurance had been expired, and this was after finally scheduling me, giving me an X-ray, sitting me in the seat and wrapping that stupid little paper about my neck and making me wait, only to send me right home so they can request for an approval again. I was told because this was now an emergency (and the doctor was told by the manager to perform the root canal anyway) I would be scheduled the immediate week after, but one called me. I tried calling instead and was right back where I started, with no one answering the phones. I finally got through around 1pm only for them to say they still have not spoken to the manager or doctor yet. At this point, I need a full tooth extraction. DO NOT use these dentists, it’ll be much easier to travel into the city for someone competent than to lose your teeth waiting for these people to even remember that they should be working.

3 hours waiting for the cleaning,at the end not even 5 minutes done, unprofessional they just take the money from Insurance. I will never go there again.

NEVER go to this dentist. Believe All of the reviews… First off, the dentist looks at my teeth, asks me what insurance I have (which is metro plus, pretty bad marketplace insurance), then says “oh so your gonna need special gel in order for me to clean your teeth. Your insurance covers everything but the special gel, it’s $65” 2 things here. #1, it was so obvious that once she heard which insurance I had, she tried selling me a product I don’t need and #2, in my 25 years of getting cleanings every 6 months, I’ve never been told I need a gel in order to clean my teeth and remove buildup. She was noticeably annoyed that I denied the gel. After proceeded the worst cleaning I’ve ever gotten. From start to finish was less than 5 minutes. She was just scraping my teeth with whatever tool they use to remove any plaque for maybe 1 second per tooth, then said “If you feel any pain, it’s not my fault”. She then “polished” my teeth, spraying water and throwing the paste all over my face and shirt in the process. Worst destist of all. Very long very very long wait times. Thay put like 5 people at the same time. Unsanitary. Night marre for people who afraid of doctors. They arr very pushy with procedures. In my proffer opinion this office needs a lot of work. Staff that cares and managment to change. Service take too long to complete.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I waited an entire month for my appointment, only to find out it was canceled without any notice. They called the day before, but I missed the call, and they didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail or message letting me know they were closing. I showed up completely unaware the office had decided to close. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to get clarification. I would never recommend this office, total lack of professionalism and respect for patients time. And the place looks so dirty as well so SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO ELSEWHERE
